• The course participant can return the purchased lesson (video, presentation, document) service within 7 days under the following conditions from the day it is delivered online. If the course participant starts using the service within these 7 days, they cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
• Whether the lesson (video, presentation, document) content has been viewed is determined by TROY ACADEMY, and the course participant who purchases the training program accepts this condition in advance. The course participant who views the content is deemed to have utilized it properly. The course participant cannot exercise the right of withdrawal since they have obtained the information in this way.
